BUSINESS MEETING AGENDA

There will be a family business meeting on March 4th at 7 p.m.

OFFICERS
* Elect the officers for the calendar year 2007.

HYMNALS
* Approve purchase of 150 KJV pew copies with accompaniment editions of The Hymnal for Worship and Celebration for $1,800.00.

NURSERY/CLASSROOM CARPETS
* Approve purchase of new carpet for the nurseries and classrooms in the south wing.
a. As is (1/2 large classroom): $3,600
b. Nursery & entire large classroom: $4,100
c. Nursery & south wing classrooms: $5,500

BAPTIST CHURCH PLANTERS MISSION CHURCH
* Approve Baptist Church Planters’ request to rent the facility for their Spanish mission church.

HYMNAL MEETING

If you are interested in taking a look at various hymnals that are available, be sure to meet Pastor Shanks at church on Tuesday evening February 20 at 7 p.m. We need to get the replacement hymnal project in the works.

FLOORING FINISHED

The new floors are finished in the auditorium, lobby, reception hall, soundroom, library, and classroom annex, and they are beautiful. We praise the Lord for allowing us to get this accomplished.

Today some of the men are installing the baseboards. The runner for the center isle was too long and is being redone, but other than that the job is complete.

Now, onward to the nursery floors….
