Come find out about the lands and times of men and women from the Bible like Adam, Moses, Esther, David, and Jesus. Where did they live? What was it like? How did the events take place?

Tom Meyer has lived the last four years in Jerusalem and earned two MA degrees from Jerusalem University College. One degree is in the Historical Geography of Israel and the other in Middle East Culture and Religion. He is well qualified to lead you on your journey through the Holy Lands. Don’t miss this seminar complete with maps, pictures, and video.

Tom has vast portions of God’s Word memorized and will be leading us through Genesis 1-11 during the Eleven o’clock Worship Service. Don’t miss the Bible Class at 10 a.m. when he gives us tips and pointers on memorizing Scripture.

Calvary Baptist Church is now COMMUNITY BAPTIST CHURCH.

With a revised constitution and a fresh new direction comes a new name. Don’t worry–neither our doctrine nor our position have changed. We, however, are beginning anew and excited about the future.

We are church of community, in the community, and for the community as we preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and make disciples of all nations. If you do not have a home church, are unsettled about the direction of your current church, or want to know more about genuine Christianity, we invite you to attend one of our services and get to know us better.
