Pastor
Randall Shanks is the pastor at Calvary Baptist Church. He and his wife Julie arrived at the end of July, 2006, and have nine children. Pastor Shanks holds a degree from Bob Jones University, an ordination from the Ohio Bible Fellowship, and is currently a Master of Ministry student at International Baptist College in Tempe, AZ.

We wanted to thank you again for allowing our teens to come to your church. It was truly a wonderful experience for them. The dvd you made of the trip was perfect.It brought tears to our eyes. We are thankful for the connection our children have with your family. They are still talking about your children and how much they appreciate them. San Luis Obispo is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! We will treasure the pictures always. It must have taken so much of your time. Our kids showed up every picture and told us all your names. We felt like we had been there ourselves.
We are continuing to pray for you and your church family. May the Lord continue to bless you and bring others to worship with you and to encourage you in your work.

Thank you for your letter to the editor “Truth slaughtered”. Iam a Christian women 69 years old and attend Los Osos Christian Fellowship in Los Osos, which is a bible believing/teaching church. Our pastor is Randy Nash.
I wanted to reply to the letter but you did such a right on excellent job of telling it like it is supposed to be, that I’m just going to let yours speak for me. I haven’t seen any reply to what you wrote as yet but I read those letters in the paper. I hope you will continue to comment on any article or letter that gives that “you all come and live however you want to consent” with the truth.
